Fees and Renewal Practices?
We do not charge any fees to apply, set up or renew any of our loans. We do not renew any loans automatically. Customers who wish to renew a loan must contact us.
Implication of Non-Payment
We would send you arrears notices carrying a £15 maximum charge but where there is genuine hardship involved we would try to reschedule mutually agreeable repayments
If we do not receive payment on your selected repayment date, we will do our best to contact you on that day. We will try and resolve the situation with you, but if we haven’t received full repayment by 5pm on the following day, we may charge you a £15 default charge.
Please note that there is a cap on a default charge of £15. The total cost cap will be 100% of the total amount borrowed, (including all interest, fees, and charges). Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on your credit agreement.
Impact on your credit file: A County Court Judgment (CCJ) entered against you will show on your credit file. Missing payments could adversely affect your credit rating. This may make it more difficult or expensive to obtain credit in the future.
Every application will be subject to credit checks and affordability assessment in line with responsible lending. High cost short term credit loans are not suitable for people in financial difficulty. Loan/credit limit maximum of £500 for first-time customers.
“Loans are only available to over 18’s and are subject to status”
